When you use this app we may collect: your first name, mobile number, and email address; the information you choose to enter into the tools (used to generate your on-screen results); and basic information about which tools you viewed. We only collect what you give us or what's needed to run the tools and follow up with you.
To show you your results, send the information and follow-ups you asked for, schedule a meeting if you choose to, and improve the tools. That's it.
We only send you emails or texts if you've given consent (the checkbox on the form). You can withdraw that consent at any time — unsubscribe in any email, or reply STOP to any text — and we'll stop.
If you provide your mobile number and consent, you may receive informational and follow-up text messages from Braeden Postmus. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts will not affect the other ways we can reach you.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including your mobile phone number — with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We use trusted service providers only to operate this service (for example, website hosting, email delivery, text message delivery, appointment scheduling, and secure data storage), and only so they can perform those functions for us.
Your contact details and consent records are kept while your consent stands. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record (your contact identifier, what you unsubscribed from, and when) so we can honour your choice and prove it — we stop all marketing messages immediately. Numbers you type into the calculators are used on your device only to show your results; they are not saved to our systems. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete it from our active systems within 30 days, and it ages out of our providers' encrypted backups on their standard purge cycle (approximately 35 days). We keep information longer only where the law requires it.
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email bpostmus@primerica.com with your request. We will confirm your identity (so nobody else can access your information), respond within 45 days as Alberta's PIPA requires, and tell you what we did. Unsubscribing from emails or replying STOP to texts also works at any time, instantly and without a request.
Personal information collected through this app is handled in accordance with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, Canada's federal PIPEDA. If you believe we have not handled your information properly, please contact us first so we can fix it; you also have the right to complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta (OIPC).
